Go to the Juniper Sync website and follow the instructions to submit a ticket for any irrigation or landscape concerns. - Do I need approval to install a fence, extend my driveway, or add in a pool?
All exterior modifications require prior approval from the Architectural Control Committee, which can take up to 30-45 days. Please submit an application and required documents before beginning any work to ensure compliance with community guidelines. For any questions, contact the property management office. - How can I view the budget, contracts, and other documents?
Log in to the portal and click the Documents & Forms tab to view all available documents, contracts, and more. - How can I get a key fob, or replace one that doesn’t work?
You can pick up a new key fob directly at the clubhouse office. - How do I rent the clubhouse event room for a private event?
To book the clubhouse, fill out the Room Rental Application and bring it to the clubhouse office along with the required checks. You can find the application in the Clubhouse Rental Tab under Room Rental Application. - How do I add a guest or create a code on my SAGE app?
Open your SAGE app, tap Add New Access, and choose either Invite Guest or One-Time Code. Follow the prompts to complete the process. - When are trash and recycling days?
Trash days are Tuesdays and Fridays, and recycling day is Wednesdays. If you need a garbage/recycling bin, call Waste Connections at 844-708-7274 or visit http://wasteconnections.com/. - If I need repairs inside my house, what should I do?
Any repairs or maintenance needs located within the resident’s home is the responsibility of the homeowner. You would need to contact a third‑party contractor or service provider of your choice to complete the work. - I have a tree I need removed on my property, what should I do?
If the tree is within your property lines, removal is the homeowner’s responsibility and requires a third‑party provider. If there is a dead or fallen tree on common ground, you can submit a Juniper ticket for removal. - How can I reserve a court? To reserve the pickleball, tennis, or indoor sports court, visit Court Reserve and schedule your play time. To prevent double booking, each household is limited to one Court Reserve account.
