The Property Manager serves to oversee the day‑to‑day management of Winding Ridge. This includes managing the clubhouse, supervising the common areas, and ensuring the community operates smoothly and in accordance with all governing documents. The Property Manager supports the Board by carrying out its decisions. Their responsibilities include administrative functions, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines, assisting with budgeting and financial planning, maintaining transparency with the community, identifying needed repairs and enhancements to shared areas and facilities, and managing essential correspondence such as meeting minutes, notices, updates, and email communications.

The Administrative Assistant serves as the Property Manager’s right‑hand partner in daily operations. They handle resident inquiries, coordinate repairs needed, ensure the clubhouse remains in good condition, collect quotes from vendors, track vendor payments and deadlines, send community‑wide emails and announcements, and update the website. They also assist in coordinating and supporting community events.
