Architectural Control Committee (ACC) COMMITTEE

The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) helps preserve the character and aesthetic appeal of the Winding Ridge community. The committee reviews and approves proposed exterior modifications, improvements, and new construction to ensure they align with established community guidelines. By maintaining consistent architectural standards, the ACC protects property values and promotes a cohesive neighborhood appearance. The committee works collaboratively with homeowners to provide guidance and support throughout the approval process.

LIFESTYLE COMMITTEE

The Lifestyle Committee is dedicated to building community spirit and creating opportunities for neighbors to connect and have fun. The committee plans and organizes social events, seasonal celebrations, and engaging activities for residents of all ages. By offering a variety of gatherings and programs, it helps foster friendships and a strong sense of belonging within Winding Ridge. Through creativity and collaboration, the Lifestyle Committee brings energy and enjoyment to the neighborhood year-round.

VIOLATIONS COMMITTEE

The Violations Committee is responsible for reviewing alleged violations of the community’s governing documents and ensuring that enforcement is fair and consistent. This committee hears homeowner cases, evaluates the facts, and determines whether fines or corrective actions are appropriate. By upholding community standards, the committee helps maintain property values and a harmonious living environment.

GOVERNING DOCUMENTS COMMITTEE

The Governing Documents Committee is tasked with reviewing the Association’s governing documents and identifying where updates, clarifications, or legal guidance may be needed. It will evaluate how the Covenants and related policies function day‑to‑day, noting any inconsistencies or outdated language, and may work with legal counsel and management to shape proposed revisions. The group will also assess the Rules & Regulations to recommend timely improvements that support clear and consistent enforcement. Operating in an advisory role for an initial six‑month period, the Committee will present its recommendations to the Board, which will determine next steps and whether to extend the Committee’s work.

NEWSLETTER COMMITTEE

The Newsletter Committee is responsible for gathering community news, identifying resident stories to spotlight, and suggesting safety or awareness topics that help keep neighbors informed and connected. Its role includes recommending content ideas for the community newsletter, ensuring information is relevant, engaging, and supportive of overall resident well‑being. The Committee will serve in an advisory capacity, offering suggestions and insights for the Board and management to consider. Its goal is to strengthen communication within Winding Ridge and help foster a more informed, connected community.

The Welcoming Committee greets new residents and helps them feel at home in our community. They provide helpful information, answer common questions, and offer a friendly introduction to neighborhood resources, events, and amenities. Their goal is to make every new neighbor feel supported and connected from day one.
